Gone are the days of living down the street from our favorite restaurant.
West Side Lounge, we miss you! Of course, we can (and do) drive there, but its just not the same. So, on some Saturday nights, we have to improvise and create our own delectable entrees. This Saturday, Quinoa and Feta Stuffed Peppers were on our menu, which we adapted from
this recipe from Smitten Kitchen and created with fresh produce purchased from
Russo's.
